...and Posture's Effect on Testosterone ~A dominant pose can send hormone levels spiking~

An interesting post by Frank Bures that was posted on ScientificAmerican.com
Chances are your boss takes up a lot of space. Dominant animals show their status with expansive postures, and humans are no exception. Now a study suggests that these poses alter hormone levels. When researchers put subjects’ feet up on a table or leaned their bodies forward over a desk, the volunteers experienced a rise in testosterone and a drop in the stress hormone cortisol. “Not only did people feel more powerful,” says lead author Dana R. Carney, a psychologist at Columbia Business School, “but their physiology indicated that they were actually becoming more powerful.” So put your feet up, then ask yourself: Who’s the boss?

Good selling!

Hahah, it sounds ridiculous, huh?) Nonetheless, the piece of wisdom taken a place here, because hormones have direct affection on your whole state, as well as your state displays by your posture.. But anyway, you wont increase your testosterone level by taking stronger posture, it even sounds like one of these Seinfeld gags. In order to to increase your hormone level or return it back to normal you shall at the first place ask for assistance by HRT consultation https://goo.gl/P33fZA It is way easier to get your pros and cons of that in this fashion! At least, you'll get the very medication course that fits your body for better appearance ;)
